Elevation Recruitment IT are currently supporting a fantastic business who are looking to bring on board an experienced Programme Manager, this is a brand new role for the company and will be based at Boston Spa.

Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the management of the Programme to cost and time
-Manage processes for tracking progress across the different elements of the programme development and, working with the programme team and external stakeholders, develop and implement agreed solutions to issues as they arise
-Creating specific Project Initiation Documents and mobilisation paperwork
-Ensuring effective operational handover and embedding of BAU at the end of key stages
-Managing the relationships with key stakeholders. Advise and influence business stakeholders regarding programme issues and delivery of services
-Work as an advocate of the programme's benefits within and without the BL
-Provide an on-going 'health check' of the programme's ability to deliver target benefits
-Provide reports and advice to the SRO, on progress, key risks and issues and overall achievability against the programme approval timetable
-Provide specialist advice throughout the development of the programme, including project initiation, use of standards, project planning, roles and governance setup
-Manage the programme's information resources, and ensure this is up-to-date, version controlled, and easily accessed
-Identify and analyse links with other programmes; work with the SRO to ensure their impacts and related risks are managed
-Oversee the finances and other resources available to support programme development
-Utilise expertise in managing and supporting the design phase of the programme in developing proposals for the design of key outputs including a PMO service design and structure
-Management of the programme's budget
-Matrix management of staff members supporting delivery of the programme and stakeholder management including with Senior members
-May, over time, include line management of additional staff dependent upon the development of the programme and resources identified as required for the implementation phase of the programme
