Graduate Operations Executive:
Are you an effective communicator? Like meeting new people? You could thrive as part of the operations team. In this area of the business there are two main functions; internal audit and operational support. The Internal Audit team are responsible for ensuring that all company trading units adhere to procedures, business processes and systems. They spend much of their time visiting units up and down the country ensuring that company guidelines are put into practise.
The Operational Support team is dedicated to effectively implementing and driving the correct business procedures. Often project orientated, they are the driving force behind new projects and procedures striving to make new processes part of the company's common operations.
Both roles are centred on building relationships, providing constructive feedback and working with employees across the UK.
Graduate Operations Executive - what you get:
GBP20,000-GBP24,000 basic salary

Candidate Requirements
Educated to degree level in any discipline
Hold a FULL UK driving licence
The ability to work independently
