Home based - Home Counties/Midlands

The Consultancy

A health and safety organisation which specialises in property management and compliance. The successful applicant will be working with owners and managers of some of the UK's most iconic and prestigious buildings.

We are looking to strengthen the team managing a number of prestigious accounts, including some of the UK's leading commercial real estate services and investment companies.


Reporting to the Account Director you will:-

* ensure that we deliver outstanding levels of service to our client

* manage relationships with clients' Health & Safety / FM teams

* monitor service delivery through customer satisfaction, KPI and other data

* become a super user of our bespoke on-line risk management system

* visit client sites to undertake health & safety consultancy projects, act as competent person

* identify opportunities to improve and extend the services we offer

This is a fast-paced, demanding role - you will be hard working and organised, a good communicator both verbally and in writing, self-reliant and capable of managing your own workload. Flexibility and adaptability are essential as the role will evolve as the Account Manager becomes more familiar with the consultancy and clients.

Essential criteria

* NEBOSH H&S Diploma

* Minimum 3 years' experience advising on H&S in the UK

* Good interpersonal skills, persuasive, positive and ambitious

* Pro-active approach to problem solving

* Excellent IT skills particularly Excel, proficient in Word and PowerPoint


* Knowledge of UK property / facilities management

* Ability to deliver on H&S training courses

* UK Driving licence

The role is home-based in the UK ideally in the Home Counties or Midlands with access to good transport links. There will be regular meetings with clients in London and with colleagues across the UK
