Are you a team player who loves a good spreadsheet?
We are working with a regional building contractor with a small and professional team in Exeter who are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to support their commercial team due to an increase in workload. The company lend their expertise to clients in a variety of sectors including industrial, commercial, education and residential.
Working as part of the commercial team, you will be assisting in the production of bids and tender documents by collating information, editing and proof reading text, creating and maintaining a case study and document library. With your strong Excel and numerical skills, you will also be involved in the Estimating function working with a Senior Estimator to generate accurate, competitive and winning tenders by sending enquiries, collecting and compiling responses, completing and submitting documentation to tight timescales and deadlines.
This is a super opportunity for a team playing individual who has gained some experience in the industry in a Trainee or administrative role, is an Excel whizz and looking for a permanent position in which to develop their skills and progress their career in Estimating and/or Quantity Surveying.
