Town Planner - Preston

Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience
Our client, a growing planning consultancy are urgently looking to appoint a Town Planner to work out of their Preston offices. The successful Senior Town Planner will be responsible for their own case load of residential, commercial, mixed use and leisure applications.
Qualifications and Experience:
Ideally candidates will have an appropriate planning related BSc / MSc (or equivalent) and will have Chartered membership to the RTPI. It is likely that the successful Senior Town Planner will have a minimum of four years planning experience working within either the private or public sector.
Responsibilities:
Within the role you will undertake the preparation and submission of planning applications for a variety of development types, carry out site appraisals, submit appeal submissions and deliver expert planning advice and guidance to clients.
