- purchase ledger:

  • record all invoices
  • match all invoices & payments onto ledger accurately

- sales ledger:

  • raise invoices as required accurately & on time
  • keep log of invoicing correctly
  • allocate cash received to ledger
  • match invoices & payments correctly

- reconciliation:

  • support Finance Manager in the reconciliation monthly of bank statements
  • support team as required at month end reconciliation
  • any other reconciliation duties as required

- office support:

  • updating records correctly, always with confidentiality
  • responsible for incoming & outgoing post
  • administration of petty cash
  • data input of invoicing onto database & Excel as required across the finance function
  • ordering stationery as required, completing office administration as required by Finance Manager
  • processing batch payments as required, using excellent attention to detail
  • supporting Reception as required, welcoming visitors to sign into the company
