Customer Service Administrator - Insurance Products

Do you have great Customer Service skills over the telephone?

Do you have accurate computer skills?

Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for their Insurance Products Team.

The main aspects of the role are to take inbound calls from existing customers, regarding either their Warranty or Motor Assistance information. and processing of Motor Vehicle Warranty policies.

Once this information has been received to update accurately onto the system.

The ideal person will have previous customer service and administration experience.

Previous experience of working with Insurance products or warranties would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
