Role: Lawyer - Real Estate/Structured Finance

Location: London

Contract: March 2020

Daily rate: Competitive

Essential Key Skills and Experience:

• Post qualification experience - commercial real estate finance/structured finance
• Experience within a leading law firm or in -house at a bank
• Drafting and negotiating term sheets
• Reviewing and liaising with clients and external counsel on facility agreements and other loan documentation
• Good knowledge of loan closing processes
• Liaising with syndication parties

Additional Requirements:

• Post qualification experience
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Eligible to work in the UK without the need of visa support or sponsorship
