Graduate Operations Coordinator
Katie Bard are seeking a pro-active and ambitious individual to join their empowering recruitment graduate scheme.
The successful applicant must have:
2:1 degree (or equivalent)
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A desire to succeed within the recruitment industry
This exciting role allows for progression at your own pace amongst an encouraging, supportive and focused team. The successful candidate will start their journey in a front-facing role as an Operations Coordinator, which typically lasts 3 - 6 months. As well as greeting all candidates and visitors, other responsibilities will include: operating the switchboard, undertaking independent projects and reporting to the CEO, and ensuring the efficiency of the general office environment.
Following this, there is a structured and well-supported pathway to progress to the role of a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in both temporary and permanent roles. This role begins at GBP18,000 per annum, however with Katie Bard's clear and rewarding commission structure, the sky is the limit!
