Location: Milton Keynes

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Planning you'll focus on the production of tender responses and pitch documents.

  • be responsible for the output of the ITTs, PPQs, RFIs or Tender documentation assigned to you - this may at times involve working collaboratively with other teams as part of joint submissions
  • Continuously evaluating the tendering process to identify new ways of working smarter with the objective of increasing the number of tenders the company participate in and subsequently, increasing the win ratio.
  • Proactively managing and developing a portfolio of tender portals that generate relevant opportunities for the business. With the support of the Planning Executive, tender alerts would be triaged and assessed as potential opportunities for the business.
  • Work with internal teams (IT, creative, operations, service delivery & sales) to provide a cohesive solution
  • Write the pitch documents and presentations in agreed formats
  • Attend client meetings and pitches as required

The Candidate

  • A background in Employee Engagement / Reward operations or marketing operations
  • Personable, confident, ability to work independently and be a team player - you must be able to work as part of virtual team to collate information from different internal teams and external suppliers
  • Great multi-tasking and organisational skills and ability to thrive under pressure - you must be able to work across more than one ITT, PPQ, RFI or Tender at any one time.
  • Confident communication skills both written and verbal across all levels of the organisation
  • Great attention to detail, particularly with time management, grammar, spelling, tone of voice and finances
  • Analytical and enquiring - use of excel for data analytics
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
