The Treehouse is in search of a creative, inspiring Senior Marketing Manager to join the Treehouse Hotels opening team (coming this October)! This role will be responsible for managing all marketing channels and execution of campaigns for the Hotel, and programming and activations in the hotel & F&B venues (located on the 15th and 16th floors with unimaginable views). Responsibilities will also include managing PR & Marketing agencies for hotel & venues, online and offline marketing, CRM campaigns, social media campaigns, traditional PR campaigns on a national, local and regional level, while representing the Treehouse brand at the highest level in the community as well as industry organizations and events.
Ideally:
A post-secondary diploma or degree in a field of study related to this profession; 3 years of experience in a comparable position and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Detailed Marketing knowledge and proven achievements in optimizing guest engagement through marketing initiatives.
Strong administrative, organization, and technical skills.
Must be detail oriented and accurate.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, goal oriented and must meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and guest service oriented with a sincere, friendly and helpful personality.
Willing to "pitch-in" and assist colleagues with their job duties and be a team player.
Professional & appropriate business appearance and demeanor aligned with the 1 Hotel brand and culture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation and work a varying schedule to reflect business needs of the hotel.
Preferred:
Prior experience in a quality luxury hotel or similar industry.
Knowledge of hotel structure and interaction between departments
