Position: QA Assessor
Location: Bournemouth, UK
Hours: Part-time 20-25 hours per week (flexible). Office opening hours Monday - Thursday 9am - 7pm & Friday 9am - 1pm with no weekends
Salary: Up to GBP24, 500 per annum DOE (pro rata'd), plus benefits

Job Responsibilities:

You will be providing quality assurance across the sales department. The role will involve completing quality assurance of both calls and emails of customer facing staff, identifying and reporting any unethical, illegal or improper conduct. It's important you can provide concise and accurate reporting as you'll have to update their system as you complete your work. Clear communication is also key as you will need to liaise with people from other areas of the business regarding any compliance or quality assurance issues.

An exciting part of the role will involve providing mentoring support to new starters as well as providing constructive support and feedback to others.

Essential:

* Previous experience within a QA Assessor position or within PMI Insurance such as Sales or Customer Service

* Great attention to detail

* Clear communication

Preferred / Not Essential:

* QA Assessor experience within PMI Insurance
