Sales Consultant
Position: Sales Consultant (Immigration)
Location: Homeworker/Remotely
Salary: GBP20, 000 basic per annum, plus bonus (realistic first year OTE GBP50k plus)

Our client are UK immigration law experts, providing first-class services for migrating to the UK. Assisting with Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa's, which allows individuals to set-up, join or take over a business in the UK as well as live here and bring family members with them as well.
Role:
You will be tasked to contact warm leads/potential customers overseas that have responded to our clients webinars or requested information via their website regarding attaining a Tier 1 Visa into the UK. Initially you will start out by screening all leads with a series of questions, should they pass screening their application can be taken to the next step. Once the application has been submitted whether they obtain the visa or not is entirely at the discretion of the government of the representative country. Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:
* Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, whilst building sustainable relationships and engaging customers.
* Determining eligibility by comparing customer information to requirements, interviewing customer and verifying information.
* Keeping customers fully informed by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing all information clearly and concisely.
* Following established policies and keeping accurate records of all conversations by entering client information in the CRM; confirming pricing etc.
* Accomplishing case closure targets/sales.
* Meeting face to face with managers occasionally.
Skills Required:
* Highly motivated, resilient and target driven.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Experience within sales, preferably consultative based phone sales.
* Bi-lingual is a plus, but no necessary or essential
Hours:
37.5 hour working week, flexible on what times are worked daily. Due to their customers being in different time zones you will need to structure your diary to accommodate this and consequently your working hours will change depending on time zone.
