Lettings Negotiator - Cheshunt
GBP12,000 - GBP14,000 + Commission (OTE GBP30k) plus Car Allowance
My client is currently looking for an ambitious and experienced Lettings Negotiator to work within their Cheshunt branch due to increasing levels of business.
To be considered for this role, applicants will be required to:
* Conducting viewings and let properties
* Manage and maintain an accurate applicant database
* Provide applicants and landlords with regular feedback
* Facilitate a let, through to move in
* Previous lettings experience is essential
* Full UK driving licence.
