Building Supervisor/Caretaker-North Cornwall

My Client requires building supervisor/caretaker required for a block of appartments in North Cornwall near Wadebridge from September 3rd for a 2 week intitial contract.

We require a Caretaker to oversee reactive maintenance and provide security for the site.

Due to the high specification M&E installations in the building, you will have suitable building management knowledge and background to ensure the continuous running of various systems including Heating, Lighting, Boilers, Ventilation and Security Systems.

You will be responsible for overseeing external sub-contractors responsible for all aspects of site maintenance, including cleaning. Common sense and using your initiative is essential

The role offers 26 hours per week with 4 of them on a Saturday morning. More hours may be required if our client needs so flexibility is key. 

The role starts on Tues 3 September until Thursday 19 September- if all goes well, we are looking for someone to take on a longer contract from the end of October which will be ongoing.

Rate of pay can range from £11 - £11.50 per hour depending on experience.
