Customer Service Team Manager

Location: Stafford

Salary: £31217.20

Contract type: Permanent, 37 Hours per week

They have an exciting opportunity for an effective, strong and experienced manager to join their Group to lead the Customer Service Team, which operates as the centre of their business and serves the whole group. You will be enthusiastic about delivering a high quality service to their customers and have a solution focused approach.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced manager with strong leadership skills and have the ability to not only lead a team through change but to maintain motivation and keep employees engaged throughout.


·         You will manage the Customer Service Team based at Stafford, and a customer facing reception service at Shrewsbury

·         Travel will be required a few days per month

·         Experience required of working within a contact centre environment - Desirable
