Your new company
A leader in Facilities Management who work with a multitude of organisations on a local, national and global level, providing them with a market leading service. They operate across a wide variety of functions including Real Estate Management, Hard FM, Soft FM, Project Management and Asset Management Services.

Your new role
There are multiple Shift Vacancies at present who provide 24/7 support to a large hospital site in West London. Reporting into a Building Services Manager you will provide M&E support delivering planned & reactive maintenance to a critical office environment.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidates will have a strong technical competence in building services and healthcare environments with effective fault finding/diagnosis rectification. You will have industry relevant qualifications in either Electrical or Mechanical engineering. The role requires a strong team player who can own problems and has good communications. The role requires an individual who can adopt a "can do attitude" and will be expected to positively contribute to the performance of the business by engendering a culture of customer care. Excellent teamwork, ownership and strong technical skills are key attributes for this role.
