Property Maintenance - GBP9 - GBP10 per hour - Exeter
Manpower are excited to be working with our client to find someone to carry out property maintenance for their student accommodation buildings in Exeter. During the summer break maintenance work is required throughout the accommodation. This will be a temporary assignment as only 4-6 weeks work is required.
About the role
The duties in this role will include general maintenance and repair work throughout the accommodation. On a daily basis you will be Painting, fixing lightbulbs, un-blocking toilets and showers, repairing desks and doors, and performing any other maintenance work that might arise. This role has an immediate start and is working on a temporary 4-6-week contract. It will be working for 3 days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The working times are 9am-5:30pm.
About the candidate
We are looking for someone with previous maintenance experience. You must be confident to complete repairs on your own, but also as part of a team. Having worked in a similar environment such as student accommodation or hotels is desirable. As this role has an immediate start, we are looking for someone with a short notice period.
