An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for a Head of Learning and Skills Development Service. This role will join the College Management Team to provide outstanding vision, management and leadership of their Additional Learning Support teams across college campuses.

Do you have the skills and experience of a qualified teacher, with a proven track record of experience of working within additional learning support/special educational needs and disabilities? If so, they want to hear from you.

The Head of the Learning and Skills Development Service (LSDS) will work alongside campus LSDS managers and their teams to deliver an outstanding impact on student achievement, experience and progression. You will represent the College externally and provide strategic vision for learning support. You will work closely with curriculum colleagues and have credible experience of teaching, learning and assessment to lead on developments and coaching of managers, teachers and assessors in meeting students' diverse needs.
