A start up that is looking to take the market by storm, they provide a tool that will help companies build a better, more efficient recruitment process utilizing artificial intelligence. They are on the search for a sales individual who has 12-18 months experience to come in and build a client base. It is a very exciting time to be joining the business as they are looking to go out to market for a private investor in 6-12 months time. With a huge potential of growth, this is an opportunity for the right individual to be a key stakeholder in the businesses growth moving forward.

The role:

  • To network companies and pitch the platform through cold calling and booking meetings.
  • To build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry and act as a consultant providing solution-based offerings.
  • To generate revenue by pitching and closing deals in face to face meetings.
  • To work closely with the Accounts Executive to ensure a influx of clients through marketing, event networking and social media.
  • To attend events to expand your network and client base.

The candidate:

  • You have up to 12 months sales experience in order to quickly grasp the sales cycle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills so that you are comfortable dealing with stakeholders at different levels
  • You will be confident in objection handling to efficiently tackle a number of questions from prospective clients.
  • You will be driven and self sufficient so that you are able to stay motivated working alone.
