The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, high energy and driven team player to join our outstanding inward bound sales team. Do you have a passion for furniture and interior design. Are you excited by delivering world class customer service and helps clients maximise their property potential. Are you interested in an extremely varied and challenging role. You will be the main point of contact for clients who have queries about products, orders and general sales enquiries ensuring we maximize on all business aspects and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer the telephone promptly and in a professional and polite manner

* Deal with telephone enquiries or refer to the appropriate colleague

* Greet visitors to the showroom in a professional and polite manner

* Process sales orders via email or telephone

* Identify opportunities to 'upsell' products

* Assist with any business generation activities or events

* Offer alternative products to clients wherever appropriate to do so

* Make outbound sales telephone calls to retain a close relationship with all clients

* Stay up to date with new products and offers

* Achieve KPI's targets as agreed with Sales Team Manager

The Person:

* Excellent time management skills

* Highly organised and methodical

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

* Able to work in a lively, fast paced environment

* Level headed and able to work well under pressure

* Attention to detail is paramount for this role

* Excellent written and spoken English

* Professional telephone manner

* Excellent listening skills

* Strong numerical skills

* Outgoing and engaging personality

* Excellent negotiating skills

Desirable skills

* Experience of Bright Pearl

* Working experience of the UK PRS Market

* Retail experience
