Service Charge Team Leader

My client is one of the UK's leading housing providers, looking to expand their finance team in their Maidstone office!
The key responsibilities would include:
- Overseeing and managing a team
- Delivery of year end budgets and statements
- Dealing with complex queries and resolving escalations
- Offering knowledge of Service Charges
- Prepayments and accurals
- General Ledger
The successful candidate:
- Must have experience with Service Charges
- Experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge and experience of residential property management
- Ideally be AAT qualified
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated and driven
