JOB TITLE: Corrugator/Production Operative
LOCATION: Kettering/Corby
SALARY: GBP19,000- (rising incrementally to c.GBP24,500K when fully trained) + Overtime
Starting on GBP9.51ph and rising in further stages to GBP12.23ph - Please note this is monthly paid.
PACKAGE: Includes attendance bonus of up to GBP500, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Healthcare cashback scheme, etc.
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent with Client from start
The COMPANY
Our Northamptonshire based client is the UK's leading independent manufacturer of packaging products. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.
The ROLE
Due to continued expansion they now require additional Process Operatives to join their team. Working as a part of a ten person team you will initially begin as a Corrugator, but will quickly learn all the other additional roles within the cell required to successfully manufacture packaging. The more you learn the better rewarded you will be - the hourly rate will increase with training incrementally, the next stage being GBP11.06 (Double Backer) which can be achieved within a further six months as you successfully master new skills, with further increases to work towards after that (GBP12.23 Single Face Operative).
HOURS: Double Days - one week 6.00am - 2.00pm Mon - Thur & 6.00am - 12.00Noon Friday, next week 2.00pm - 10.00pm Mon - Thur & 12.00Noon - 6.00pm Fri
