Sales Ledger Assistant
Sales Ledger Assistant - Buxton - GBP18,000
Chase & Holland are working closely with a FMCG business based in Buxton. My client is wanting a Sales Ledger Assistant to be able to assist the supervisor in the administration of Sales Ledger transactions and control of monies owed by customers to the Company.
Sales Ledger Assistant responsibilities:
* Assistance to the Sales Ledger Supervisor in all matters to ensure that work routines are up to date.
* Entering all incoming monies onto the computer Sales Ledge system and ensuring that the amounts entered for each account are correct.
* Maintaining and balancing the banking facility used for all monies received.
* Raising credit notes as directed on customer accounts.
* Entering all new accounts onto the system and oversee the credit facilities offered to them.
* Sending out customer statements of account when required.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills
* An aptitude for figures
* Sales Ledger experience
* Reporting skills
* Debt collection experience
