Customer Care Advisor
Working Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week, shifts between 7.30am and 6pm, and roughly 1 Saturday every month, (you will get a day off in the week when you work a Saturday) this is the perfect fulltime role for you

The role of a Customer care Advisor
• To be the first point of contact to all of our customers with every query and question that they have
• To ensure every customer goes away feeling as though they have received the information they set out to get
• To ensure every customer understands that Brakes has the answer to all of their food and drink enquiries
• To effectively communicate with all customers, ensuring that they are receiving the best service possible. You'll have:
