Exciting opportunity for an Recruitment / Account Manager - Healthcare
This is a permanent position based in Swindon, UK.

Objective:

To start & Develop the Establishment Business, including business development, recruitment of care workers and shift allocations, also to manage the associated on call service.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Develop new business activities across Healthcare Establishments
Book and attend new Client meetings and follow up
To prepare regular status updates and feedback on ongoing business development and evaluation activities
Proactively call and communicate with clients identified as development opportunities, arrange meetings and secure new business for Raeburn
To manage effective quality control, conducting spot checks and assessments in line with company requirements and time frames
To plan and deliver successful recruitment campaigns within existing and new markets
To update all forms of social media with upcoming events, news and vacancies
To ensure the recruitment tracker is completed accurately and is up-to-date at all times
To recruit and select Care Workers in accordance with the Companys Recruitment procedures within required timescales. Activities include but are not limited to:
oApplication coordination
oPre-registration checks
oSourcing of references
oDBS Applications
oQualification and UK working eligibility checks

To interview potential Care Workers in accordance with the Recruitment procedure
To plan and coordinate induction and Care Worker shadowing
To ensure all Care Workers have the necessary training prior to starting with Raeburn and any required training is organised and executed by Care Workers in line with required timescales and are kept up to date
Communicate effectively with all members of the Raeburn Healthcare Team on the status of new Care Workers
To ensure accurate database input of all information relating to Care Workers
To ensure the correct storage of Care Workers files in accordance with Document Management procedures
To be part of a professional and competent rotational on call service covering evenings, weekends and public holidays (only on ad hoc basis where required by management for operational reasons)
To be part of the team which ensures compliance with CQC registration and achieves high grading with the external audit and inspection process
To assist the Domiciliary Care Locality Managers as and when instructed by the Branch Manager with duties such as quality control, spot checks, customer assessments, delivery of customers care and support, reviews, supervisions, annual appraisals and keeping all records in line with CQC.
To promote a high level of health and safety awareness and commitment, and to be aware of the provisions as detailed in the Company Health & Safety policy
