HR Assistant Temporary

Our client, an oil service organisation, requires an experienced HR Administrator to support their operations ASAP.

This role will initially be a 3 month temporary position, however, there is potential for this post to be extended or become a permanent appointment.

The ideal candidate will offer experience in a similar role to include experience of:

• Coordinating the recruitment process, dealing with applicants and coordinating interviews, offer letters etc.
• Coordinating the induction and new starter process to include all HR paperwork
• Experience in HR Administration, attendance and holiday tracking
• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
