A Legal 500 firm are looking for a Property Paralegal with to work in their office near to Redhill. The Firm is well established, with an excellent reputation in the local area and have several offices across London & Surrey. They offer market leading training and great career prospects.
This is an excellent position for a candidate who is near the start of their legal career. I am recruiting for a Property Paralegal to assist an expanding team at a well established Legal 500 law firm, working on both Commercial and Residential transactions. You will support the team who handle a wide range of work. The emphasis will be on Commercial Property, and work includes all aspects of sales & acquisitions along with commercial lease work and property finance.
Experience in Commercial Property is essential for this position as Commercial Property will make up the majority of your work. It is anticipated that candidates will need a minimum of 12 months experience in order to be considered. You must have strong academics, excellent organisational skills, great presentation and a desire to succeed in legal practice. Training is important to the firm and you will get help when needed and have the chance to continuously develop your expertise.
