This is not a training delivery role but could suit somebody with extensive level 5 management delivery experience.

The purpose and scope of the role is to support sales and operations teams by offering technical expertise in Level 5 Management Programmes to employers within both the public and Private sector. The objective is to enable this award-winning training provider to offer innovative, tailored training packages to Levy paying employers.

This is a national role which will require regular travel and overnights stays where necessary. The role would be home-based and the successful applicant could lin theory ive anywhere.

Subject specialist

- To attend and support sales meetings
- To attend bid meetings
- To develop presentations and deliver to clients
- To develop tailored delivery models and where necessary, supporting resources
- To maintain an up to date knowledge of changes to the apprenticeship standard
- To maintain your knowledge of the most recent best practices of the knowledge and skills criteria of your apprenticeship products
- Up sell/cross sell apprenticeship programmes with new and existing clients
- Provide impartial information advice and guidance to new and existing clients within own area of knowledge and expertise

Account Management

- To be the main point of contact for the client regarding contracts, content, progress and reporting
- To produce and present regular reports
- To conduct regular account meetings with the clients, and follow up actions
- Maintain a good working relationship with client organisations at all levels
- Communicate learner concerns to delivery team
- Design delivery programmes which meet the needs of the client, and the requirements of the qualification/apprenticeship standard
- Cascade delivery model to delivery team
- Attend open days for new candidates
- To liaise closely with operations and delivery teams
