A Government organisation in Westminster, London is looking for a Recruitment Advisor for 3 months.
Your new company
A well-established Government organisation in Westminster, London is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team for a 3 months contract. This is a full-time role, 36 hours a week and is paying GBP130 - GBP145 per day via Umbrella company.
Your new role
You will be responsible for individual recruitment campaigns for posts of all levels and effectively use the ATS to deliver a smooth recruitment process. As Recruitment Advisor, you will ensure compliance with recruitment process, recruit high quality candidates and advise managers on the end-to-end recruitment and selection process. This includes writing job descriptions, interviewing and the offer stage. Additionally, you will manage the onboarding process and participate on recruitment boards as required.
As an individual, you will have excellent communication and time management skills to liaise with senior stakeholders across the department and meet deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, candidates must have previous experience of recruiting for a range of posts and working in an in-house recruitment role, where you have dealt with high volume campaigns. You will have strong knowledge of using ATS and ideally, you will have demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills in your previous role. Furthermore, a wider understanding of HR and Recruitment employment legislation will be highly desirable.
