Are you a good cook? Byrnhill Grove Residential Care Home in Ventnor is looking for a cook for 30 hours per week to provide a food preparation service to our residents.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified cook to work in our care home for older people at Byrnhill Grove, Ventnor, preparing high quality meals.

Who we are looking for:
• You will have experience in providing nutritionally well balanced and appetising meals and hold a Food Hygiene Certificate.
• You will be expected to consult regularly with the residents to ensure that the food being served is to their liking and cater for any special dietary requirements.
• As part of a dedicated team you will be expected to communicate effectively and sensitively with residents and colleagues.
This role is on a permanent contract basis, working 30 hours per week.
