Interim HRD (6 months) - Exciting Acquisition/Mergers project

The opportunity:

This is a wonderful opportunity to join this highly successful business at a crucial time in its rapid growth and development. Expansion and acquisitions have created the need to bring in an Interim HRD with experience at a senior level and at significant scale specifically with regards acquisitions/mergers in a UK wide multi-site scope.

The role:

Your role will be to influence, lead and direct all people related strategies and activities during a significant acquisition period. Organisational structures, TUPE, cultural shifts and acclimatisation, along with ensuring the organisations commercial and strategic objects are supported are supported are all key areas of this broad remit.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong track record at HRD level
  • Extensive experience in large-scale acquisitions/mergers in a multi-site organisation
  • Be available for a 6-month period (potentially longer)
  • Be flexible on location for the duration of the interim assignment
