Property Investment Assistant

My fantastic client based in Brockworth, Gloucester is currently recruiting for a Property Investment Assistant to join their team on permanent basis. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking company with more than 20 years' experience in their market.

The ideal candidate will possess first-class communication skills and strong numerical abilities. In addition, will hold a demonstrable interest in the Property sector such as property development.

Candidate Responsibilities;

-Setting up and maintaining client files on our Client Management System

-Accurately recording cashflow and producing quarterly valuations

-Working with Investment Managers and Investment Analysts on deals as required

-Liaising with other areas of the business, including Marketing and Client Resourcing, to ensure smooth transfer of marketing materials and information

-Providing administrative support, including drafting meeting agendas, taking minutes and organising events

-Conducting market research on the lending and property development industries

-Helping the Head of Property to ensure that processes and controls are implemented correctly

-Contributing to the creation and reporting of management information on our investment companies, including analysing loan book metrics and key trends

Hours- Monday - Thursday - 8.30am - 5.30pm & Friday 9am - 5.00pm

Salary- GBP25,000-GBP30,000
