Proven Account Manager with at least three years' marketing communications experience required to handle all post-sales aspects of client support, relationship management, production control and project management.

The Position:

Working within our client's busy client services team, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for:

* Working closely with the Business Development Managers and administering all post-sale activities

* Processing new jobs and projects through from estimate to proofing to production

* Dealing with all sales and production queries to ensure all expectations and timelines are met

* Project management of key accounts, ensuring all SLAs are achieved

* Dealing with creative, marketing, web and niche business projects in conjunction with the respective departments

* Managing the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure all data is accurate

* Management of marketing activities and campaigns for clients

* Attending client meetings with Business Development Managers

* Cross/up selling new and additional services to clients and prospects

* Attending internal meetings - sales, production, operational, marketing

* Attending training forums to ensure all relevant sales, product and technical skills are developed and maintained

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

* A minimum of three years' account/project management experience in creative, print, digital branding, print management, direct mail or related marketing communications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create effective relationships with clients and internal teams

* Self-motivation, confident decision-making and a high level of attention to detail

* The ability to work in a pressurised and time-bound environment to ensure results are achieved

* Competence in Microsoft technology, social media communications and Management Information Systems (Ideally Tharstern)

* Good project planning and prioritisation skills

* The personal confidence and gravitas to ably attend client meetings and present compelling pitches

* Experience of working with operational production teams and creative partners
