Company Lead (Pension Member Services Team)

Would you like to gain experience within one of the UK's largest in-house pension teams? We currently have a vacancy for a Company lead within the pension member services team at our site in Farnborough. In this role, you will have accountability for effective management of member related pension services and support to the Company.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to be part of an expanding and leading pension's team.

Your main responsibilities in this role will involve:

Key contact with our in-service and pensioner consultative committees on a quarterly basis, which will include meeting management, resolution of queries, actions and elections.

Engaging with and providing support to any Company pension committees or forums, which may meet from time to time to consider benefit design.

Assisting with implementation of any agreed benefit changes and linking this through to key Company stakeholders and processes (e.g. payroll, human resources (HR), employee relations (ER), trade unions (TU)).

Responding to queries from Company stakeholders (e.g. payroll, HR, ER, TU) and delivering training support.

Complying with and maintaining all Company linked scheme policies, procedures and guidelines (both scheme and member related) such as, the Group Income Protection (GIP) arrangement; working with the global mobility team to monitor international assignments for those with continued scheme membership; ensuring payroll complies with auto enrolment duties; monitoring participating employers (including management of S75 debts); assisting with post completion actions for corporate transactions, TUPE transfers.

Your skills and qualifications:

Pensions qualifications either PMI or equivalent.

Pensions experience, in house or within TPA or consultancy

Experience of the administration of managing and chairing the meetings

Strong presentation skills
