Our client is a leading global construction consultancy in cost and project management. They are looking to recruit a Project Manager to support a high-profile tech company client in the early development activity on a portfolio of data centre and commercial projects.
The PM will support the client's team in coordinating the project and liaising with multiple local authorities in relation to Environmental Impact Assessments and associated surveys such as water supply, waste water, traffic impact, etc.
This role will report directly to the client lead and requires high attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all levels. The PM will need to develop a full understanding of the client's systems and processes, whilst managing their activities to ensure compliance.
The role will be based on-site with the client in London and may require occasional European travel.
We are looking for a Project Manager / Project Controls Specialist with 5+ years' experience, preferably with industry experience in data centres, utilities or other large-scale projects. Candidates must have experience of procuring / managing EIA's and associated surveys, with an understanding of large-scale water supply and waste water issues
