We are working alongside a leading and design focused developer, who are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their family in Surrey. They truly do create homes!
This role provides an opportunity for an established Project Manager ready to step-up or a Senior Project Manager looking for a fresh challenge with a growing division of one of the UKs leading developers.
The client is looking for a strong background in delivering large Residential schemes plus education.
With an attractive salary (upto GBP110k + travel + package), reflective of the role and responsibility; are you up for the challenge?

Essential Experience:
* Stable career history
* Minimum of 10 Years experience in or across Developer or Main Contractor
* Experience on medium to large scale residential projects
* Education sector experience preferable
* UK Based with UK Experience
