Are you a SEN experienced Teacher who is passionate about the education of SEN students? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!
I am currently recruiting for a SEN School in Caterham who are looking for an experienced Teacher to start in September 2019.
You will be teaching KS3 and KS4 students who have severe or profound multiple learning difficulties, ASD, challenging behaviour and complex health needs.
This is a long-term role with a view to going permanent and is full time.
It is a lovely school in Caterham with very friendly staff who work very hard to maintain a safe, diverse, stimulating learning environment in which the students learn through having fun. This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment.
There are plenty of great facilities on site such as a swimming pool, football pitch, arts and crafts room and a dance room.
The ideal Teacher will have additional training in Makaton, PECS or TEACHH although not essential!
To work in this school, they will require the following:
1) QTS or NQT
2) Relevant SEN experience either within a SEN School or within mainstream
3) Be able to travel to Caterham and commit to the Schools' requirements
