Your new role is with a international marketing company, based in Central Reading

Your new role
The role will ensure the smooth day to day running of operational tasks. This will allow the Business Unit & Account Directors to focus on developing their client relationships, creating new business and selling in more ideas to their clients.

Your duties will be broken down into:

Account Management:

  • Take the brief, assess issues and challenges
  • Liaise with Client Service team to ensure we meet specified standards
  • Administer changes to appropriately manage program to meet client objectives
  • Proofread all material to detect and correct any errors
  • Monitoring projects that are in-flight
  • Communicating to internal teams with updates on project activity.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team, sharing knowledge, ideas and support.
  • Develop proposals based on specific client objectives, always taking account of new parameters, stakeholders and ultimately driving revenue.
  • Execute late requests in support of organisation needs on behalf of Supplier/Retail Sales.
  • Redistributes workload amongst the wider team, as needed.
  • Provide updates for the business unit areas in both Commercial team and wider team meetings
  • Assist Account Managers with customer file checks when needed.
  • Act as a back up to Commercial Team when required.

Client Relationship Management:

  • You will manage customer expectations, build trusting relationships and become the key contact for your clients to ensure we deliver against expectations
  • Coordinate and ensure completion of changes for clients and perform quality checks for same
  • Answer client queries and action requested changes

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised, accurate written and verbal skills, strong communication, commercial skills, as well as:
