Gateway Housing Association is an ambitious London based housing association with over 3,000 homes in the heart of London's East End. We provide social rented homes, shared ownership and sheltered housing. We develop new homes too and are part way through an exciting programme to deliver another 500 homes by 2020. We also run our own in-house maintenance service, Gateway Homeworks
You'll be managing a smooth, orderly and efficient decant process for our sheltered schemes as we decant residents for our Sheltered Housing Improvement Plan (SHIP). You will have a good knowledge of lettings and tenancy management and an understanding of complex programme management and budget control.
You will carefully match the housing, care and support requirements of each customer with available properties to deliver good outcomes and high customer satisfaction with moving home. You will have experience in decanting residents as part of a regeneration/renewal project and previous experience working in a client facing or customer service role.
You'll be working with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally to achieve these aims, including our existing customers in our sheltered schemes, their family members, advocates and carers. You will also liaise with the Local Authority and assist the Development Project Officer in communicating with local councillors, MPs and residents.
This is an exciting time to join Gateway as you can play a key role in delivering our SHIP programme and providing excellent customer service for our residents.
If this describes you and you are customer-focused, personable and approachable and an excellent communicator, we want to hear from you.
Our Benefits package includes:
