AEL is a small business based at Berkeley Court, Manor Park, Runcorn, Cheshire that supplies Central Heating Radiators and associated heating equipment throughout the UK.
The position requires an accommodating can-do attitude whilst working with colleagues and customers to provide a helpful professional service.
· To be self-motivated to provide customers with the best customer service they could possibly expect.
· To carry out any sales related activities; Administration; Learn basic technical product sales information: Managing customer Enquiries or Complaints in a professional manner; Order office / warehouse supplies; Be available to assist the warehouse staff.
SKILLS and ABILITIES:
* You must have an aptitude for sales and customer service, office systems and all office tasks.
* You must have internal sales office experience.
* You must have a good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5pm.
