As part of the Digital Customer Experience team, you’ll be providing support to our customers through live chat, email, social media and phone. Every day is different. You might be registering a warranty for an end user, arranging a return for a merchant whilst also providing installation advice to an installer. It’s varied, complex and very interesting.
We’ll provide you with the training, knowledge and tools but it’s up to you to add your personality. It’s really important that your friendliness and enthusiasm shines through on a digital platform and that you have effective conversational engagement – no robots here!
An English Degree or equivalent is desirable but not essential. You’ll have outstanding sentence structure, spelling and grammar as well as high levels of organisation and attention to detail. A strong ability to multi-task and stay focused is necessary to keep up as well as a typing speed of 40+ WPM, with 97% accuracy.
