37 hours per week Monday- Friday

What you'll be doing

You will ensure all repair works on Curo stock are surveyed, specified correctly and delivered on time. You will have strong contract management skills as well as being able to ensure works are delivered to a high standard and within budget constraints. 

The ideal candidates will hold a relevant professional qualification which evidences the appropriate calibre for this role/or substantial relevant experience of carrying out detailed specifications for the refurbishment of buildings.

The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain focus and momentum working to set targets. You must have a passion for buildings with a strong ability to diagnose technical issues and provide solutions.
Ideally you will be flexible, self-motivated, with excellent organisation and IT skills and the ability to thrive in a busy team environment!

When and where you'll be doing it 

You will be able to work flexibly, Monday – Friday, based on our customers’ needs.  You will be responsible for organizing your own workload and setting your diary appointments.

You’ll be based in The Maltings offices, Bath which is situated on the Lower Bristol Road.
