2 year Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 36 ¼ per week in line with service requirements and the Work Life Balance Scheme

We have embarked on an ambitious digital transformation journey which will involve developing a new Digital Offer and customer portal which will allow our customers to access personalised services increasingly when they want and how they want.

We are looking for someone to help us maximise engagement and uptake of our digital services both internally and externally. You will work closely with our Transformation, customer insight, involvement and our new marketing and communication team to meaningfully engage customers with our emerging digital offer.
We are looking for someone who will take the lead on our Digital First culture by developing an RBH online community and digitally engaged workforce. You will lead on developing our customer’s digital skills working with our teams and partners who are already working in our communities and neighbourhoods.   
Do you have experience of delivering engagement activities and events using digital and other platforms to drive digital adoption?  
Have you worked on digital inclusion initiatives and are passionate about customers and delivering great experiences?
