The Learner Information Services team is a busy, customer-focused environment in which to work and support cross college initiatives.

We are recruiting for a Learner Information Services Business Partner Coordinator to support the wider college in teams throughout each stage of the learner journey including systems/process development and curriculum planning and monitoring. You will act as the key point of contact for curriculum teams regarding all LIS processes and providing a consistent service to staff and learners.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification or equivalent and have experience of working in administration, coordinating and prioritising workloads. You will need to have excellent organisational skills, be an effective communicator and have the ability to interpret information and make informed decisions. You will also need to deliver a high quality service and maintain a positive attitude in a high pressure environment.
