About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed person to join our Facilities team. As part of this role you will provide timely and effective facilities management function to designated Group offices.
 
The successful candidate will be required to welcome visitors to the office and take appropriate action regarding the purpose of their visit.  You will also administer and maintain access control at designated offices.
 
You will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming post and internal department paperwork is efficiently distributed and that outgoing post is franked and ready for collection. As part of the role you will be required to monitor and maintain office equipment as required and undertake administration duties such as filing, typing, photocopying and scanning. 
 
We want somebody who has:
 
Experience of working within a small team
A customer focused nature and who has worked closely with customers, both face to face and over the telephone
Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
Confidence to communicate at all levels, both written and spoken
Ability to develop and improve services
Flexibility with working hours, as there may occasionally be a requirement to work evenings and weekends
