To help us to reach this aim, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Business Partner to be based at our modern offices in the heart of Walsall.
This new role has a broad focus in a real growth area of the business. The post will be responsible for delivering all the financial services related to our commercial subsidiaries, including our build for outright sale business, Anthem Homes. You will play a key role in creating effective analytics and performance indicators to ensure a culture of excellence
As a result you will be expected to provide leadership in creating and delivering an excellent, efficient, effective and enabling business partnering and accounting service. This opportunity would be particularly attractive to those with a passion for financial modelling & business appraisals, engaging with the cutting edge of our growth ambition, and those with a flair for building relationships, and presenting results through reports and accounts.
An ACA qualification (or equivalent) with PQE experience is essential, alongside an effective range of communication skills with well developed presentation skills.
