Plumber/Carpenter Bias
Full Time Permenant Role
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 per annum + Benefits
My client a property maintenance cmpnay based in burnemouth, are currently looking for a multi trader to join there growing team. The suitable person will have experience in general day t day mainteance, as well as undertaking medium to large refurbishments.
Undertaking taking wokrs to rented properties, housing associaition properties and carrying out work to properties ready to be let again, you must have experience in a similar role.
You must have a C&G or NVQ in either plumbing or caprentry, expereince in other trades like tiling, plastering and ideally able to undertake a basic of either plumbing/carpentry if you are not qualified in one of these.
