The role
The office is based in Reading. You will spend much of your day on the phone - making outbound calls to generate leads for our blue chip clients in the technology sector. We contact mid to senior level professionals on behalf of our clients and so a professional and skilled approach is essential at all times. You will also need to be self-motivated and positive - sometimes our approaches are not well-received - but the next call could be the next lead for our clients and make you and the campaign above target.
The role also requires you to be organised and efficient and able to write well - leads have to be written up clearly and quickly onto our computer systems, so you must have reasonably competent keyboard skills.
The role includes a structured development programme designed to enhance your call skills and campaign performance as well as giving you options to sign up to an accredited Apprenticeship Programme. In addition there is the training for potential development to a Team Leader role in 15 months from starting with the business.
The offices are based within walking distance of Reading train station however there is limited on site parking in addition to an affordable all day car park ensuring all commuters are catered for.
Shifts include 9-5 (18.5k basic) or 12-9 (21k basic)
All roles have a realistic on target earnings of 32k, top performers take home 40k+
This role is not your stereotypical sales role and mixes warm with cold campaigns in which you will be promoting events and cutting edge technology for a global audience.
All experience is considered, previous sales is beneficial, IT Telemarketing experience is highly valued
