Blackmore Vale Magazine, part of Reach PLC, has two exciting opportunities to join our vibrant telesales team, in the newly relocated Yeovil office.
The Blackmore Vale Magazine has been providing a vibrant mix of local and regional news for decades. Delivering so much more than just local news, we provide a bridge between our audience and businesses through advertising opportunities, special promotions and specific features.
As a business, Reach PLC has diversified the commercial product range. We now offer everything from the traditional in print and online advertising to web build solutions, Google AdWords, social media management and much more.
You will be working with existing customers with a heavy focus on maintaining and growing existing customer accounts, alongside new business generation through warm leads. By building relationships with existing clients and occasionally speaking with potential new clients, you will understand which suite of products and services is most appropriate to the client need. You will deliver clear and concise sales messages to build loyalty and delivering customer service remains a key priority.
The Ideal Candidate
A friendly attitude and enthusiastic mindset is what we are looking for. With excellent communication skills, you will be comfortable working in an environment working to targets. A confident self-starter, you will have a solid understanding of and passion for social media. Previous telesales experience is desirable but not essential.
